Shipping Information

Where do you ship?
Currently ship to customers within Asia only, specifically Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, and Hong Kong. My products are also available on Shopee for Malaysian shoppers.

How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee for each order varies based on the number of items you order and will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout. However, for shipping within Malaysia, the shipping fee is a flat rate and will not change depending on the number of items. Please note that the shipping fees in the table below are estimates, and the final cost may vary. Be sure to check the exact shipping amount at the end of the checkout process.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will typically take around 3 business days to ship out, and depending on the country, the shipping time may vary.

All orders will be shipped via J&T Express.

How can I track my order?
To track your parcel's delivery status, please visit this site: https://www.tracking.my/. I will send you a tracking number via email after you've confirmed your order.

 

Damaged or lost packages

We understand that receiving a damaged or lost package is frustrating. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date, via email at douglaschin.contact@gmail.com or send us a direct message on Instagram or TikTok @doodlesbydouglas. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage to both the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return/refunds

Due to the nature of our art products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a confirmed issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item shipped, significant damage not caused by shipping, or missing items).

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you may be required to provide clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Please note: All sales of Grade B and Clearance items are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
