Where do you ship?
Currently ship to customers within Asia only, specifically Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, and Hong Kong. My products are also available on Shopee for Malaysian shoppers.

How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee for each order varies based on the number of items you order and will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout. However, for shipping within Malaysia, the shipping fee is a flat rate and will not change depending on the number of items. Please note that the shipping fees in the table below are estimates, and the final cost may vary. Be sure to check the exact shipping amount at the end of the checkout process.

- Damaged or lost packages -

I understand that receiving a damaged or lost package can be frustrating. If this happens, please don't hesitate to contact me via email or send me a message on Instagram.


~ Return/refunds ~

I don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order (like damaged or missing items). If this happens, please let me know within 7 days. Please note that Grade B and Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
